Privacy notice
This notice explains how BoilingData Oy handles information from the public BoilStream website.
Data controller
BoilingData Oy, Helsinki, Finland, operates this website and is the controller for the personal data described here. Privacy questions and data-subject requests can be sent to dan.forsberg@boilingdata.com.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-YWCR1DVJWD) to understand how visitors find and use the website. Analytics storage is denied by default. If you select “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and process information such as the page visited, referral source, device and browser information, approximate location, and interactions with the site.
If you decline, analytics storage remains denied. Google Consent Mode may still send limited, cookie-free signals to Google so that aggregate measurement can be modeled. We do not enable advertising storage, ad user data, or ad personalization through this consent control.
The legal basis for optional analytics storage is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by resetting your choice below. Google processes Analytics data under its own service terms and the data-retention settings configured for our Analytics property.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, we process the name, company, email address, message, and selected pricing tier that you submit. The form loads Amazon Web Services components only when you send it and delivers the inquiry through AWS in the eu-west-1 region.
We use this information to respond to your request, take steps toward a contract when applicable, and maintain appropriate business correspondence. We retain it only as long as needed for those purposes and any applicable legal obligations.
Browser storage
The site stores your analytics choice in your browser under the key analytics-consent. This prevents the consent prompt from appearing on every page. You can remove it with the reset button above or through your browser settings.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction on your personal data, object to certain processing, or request data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman or another competent supervisory authority.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest published version.
